[Resolved] Redbus — redbus bus got cancelled and did not give any solution | |||||
Hi, I have booked my Ticket from deoria to delhi on 14th November ticket Nuumber TMBC49568872 and PNR number is B3RXP9TK. I have received a Message on 22nd Nov around 6 PM from Bus Operator that Bus Got Cancelled and mentioned a contact person name for further Inquiry in the same message. I have called Redbus Customer care on 22nd around 9:30 PM. They gave me the reference Number and committed me the issue get resolved withing but still its have not got resolved even I have Called to red Bus day before yesterday on 23rd Around 10 PM they take my 15 minute and told me that they ate transferring the call to their senior for resolving but they didnt transfer the call and told me that they will arrange the call within 1 hrs . I had waited for call more than 3 hours but did not receive any call from them .next day they called me asked me about the issue I again told them the whole scene then committed me the they will refund the fare amount + 300 rupees to book the ticket as i have told them I can not afford the bus fare because bus operator have started the same bus from same boarding point from same time to same destination after hiking the bus fare now they are charging the fare around 2500rs. They have refunded the my fare amount ( 1283.95 rs) without my consent. they have not resolved the issue yet. We have taken your concern with the operator and have shared a strong feedback on this regards. We have also asked him to ensure that such instances never occur in the future.
