[Resolved]  Redbus — redbus cancellation money not yet received

I booked my bus ticket by redbus for 16 september 2018 (Ticket number : tm[protected] from nagapattinam to chennai for dated 16 september 2018 that tckt amount was 688/- rs. And canceled it on 15 september 2018)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account.
Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount?
My request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.
