I booked a ticket from redbus from pune to akola money got deducted i got confirmation
Later while boarding the bus company said ticket was cancelled
I called redbus they said it was cancelled from mu side which i really did not
Neother i got msg or notification
I have seen similar thing happening with other consumer, it was very bad experience for me as i was travelling with my wife Was this information helpful? |
