I have booked a ticket from udaipur to jodhpur (Thursday, 27 dec 2018). My ticket number is tmcx94278169, and this is the first booking i've made which is on 4 december 2018. But the system has cancelled my booking 6 hours after that and i have received an email regarding the cancellation. First of all, i did not cancel any of my bookings. And redbus only refunded 80% from the total amount. And today i made another booking (Tmdc[protected] and they cancelled it again even after i communicated with their customer service to not cancel my booking. And they only refunded 80% from the total amount. This is totally unacceptable and i can say this is how they cheat their customers. They are so irresponsible and totally a fraud.
