[Resolved] Redbus — Redbus Money not refunded | |||
I booked a ticket on 08.10.2016 to travel from THALASHERY to TRIVANDRUM. The ticket booked on 08.09.2016, ticket no. TJB[protected], PNR No TS-RB34737762XCT/34364/Trivandrum Deluxe of KSBC Travels Volvo A/C Semi Sleeper(2+2).On 09.10.2016 at around 11.00AM, I got a email and call from the operator(KSBC Travels), stating that the bus has been canceled due to some reasons and I have to do my own arrangements for travel. When I asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that it will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. Then on the same day, I informed to the customer care of red bus about this incident and they assured me that I get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
