Redbus — Redbus - Non refund of Money

I have booked the bus ticket through redbus.in on Friday, January 17, 2014 SO I went to the boarding point (Sam Tourist, Opp to Bata Showroom, Hosur Main Road, Madiwala, Bangalore). They told this is not a Varsha Travels boarding point then i called Varsha travels they told today bus was canceled further they said ticket should be refundable but still now i am didn't get any email regarding this.
