I was well with in my 8 hour limit that redbus mentioned to reschedule my ticket. The passenger who is supposed to travel with me is down with covid and redbus is inhuman enough to not help me with this and they denied the request to reschedule. They are looting the 4k I paid for them. Can someone please take necessary actions against them ?
