[Resolved] Redbus — redbus/ payment issue and amount refund | |||
I have booked a bus ticket for oct 2nd from tirunelveli to chennai. Amount was debited twice for same ticket and I thought it will be refund automatically in 7 days. But more than 12 days gone and it was not refunded . Again reached to redbus customer care and they issue me for any payment related issue customer need to contact the redbus team. Is it a correct procedure to inform the issue to customer. However i was raised a complaint and they told in 2 days it will be refunded but the amount is not yet refunded and it is almost 5 days gone. This is not completely fair. Today also I have experienced the same issue and the amount is refunded to source of payment. This is 4th time and facing the same ids Was this information helpful? | |||
