[Resolved] Redbus — redbus refuses to close a complaint and keeps it open for 19 days | |||||
Hi all, This is regarding redbus service and customer support. The worst in any customer care support i have ever seen till now. The case - 6947925 was registered on jan-23rd 2019. Till date the customer care service states, they would update in 24 hours. From jan 23rd how many 24 hours does it take. As we value your relationship with us, we have refunded Rs.400/- back to your payment mode as an exceptional gesture on 8th Feb 2019.
