I had booked 6 seats through Red Bus from Bangalore to Udupi for 12th Oct'23 at 9:20pm from Bellandur. I would like to cancel all the 6 seats . I tried calling various numbers available on net and I was told cancellation is not possible as per policy.

I request you to cancel the tickets and provide refund on medical emergency grounds.
