Dear Team,
I made a booking on 09th August 22 from Patiala to Kashmere Gate New Delhi seat no.25(pepsu volvo av 5am 10 Aug passenger name prajanya) at 9:21 pm.
I made a payment of Rs 732/- thru Google pay at 9:24pm on google pay.
The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.
I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.
I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 732/-has been duly credited to redBus.
The UPI transaction ID is[protected] dated 09 August 22.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
