[Resolved] Redbus — Redbus ticket refund | |||||
HI i have booked ticket from shirdi- hyderabad on 11-NOv-2016 . redBus Ticket - TJC[protected]. The ticket value is 2128.The transaction went through and amount also got debited from my account. But the ticket is not confirmed. So i called customer care . they have told that transaction is successfull but the ticket is not booked and asked me to go ahead and do a fresh booking .Also they have told that they will provide the full refund for the earlier transaction. So i went ahead and booked the ticket one more time .The redBus Ticket - TJC[protected].This time the ticket is booked for RS:2128.They have raised a complaint and gave me the reference number for the refund of 2128.The complaint reference number is 132447.But i have called almost 5 to 6 times, they are providing the refund.Each time I call, they are saying they will revert within 24 hours but they are not doing.This is really pissing off . Why are you fooling around the customer saying that you will revert within 24 hours and don't care to call the customer???? Was this information helpful? | |||||
