[Resolved] Redbus — redbus ticket - tm[protected] - amount not refunded

Hello team, Regarding redbus ticket - tm[protected] We have not taken a trip in bus as per schedule due to issue in mumbai on that day and the bus got cancelled from redbus team end. The amount of rs.384 has not refunded to my a/c. Even i have dropped a email to redbus team also i have send one more followup email, but not got any reply from them. Please check and do the needful.
