Sir, nov 27th 2017, i booked 3 bus tickets in nani's travels from red bus, from tenali to hyderabad, and [28th nov] next day. I cancelled the tickets, but that tickets amount still i am not received, please refund my amount immediately. Passengers names - k sivaramakrishna raju, k vandhana, k sri thanmaia.
