[Resolved] Redbus — Refund amount has not been initiated into my account | |||
I had booked a bus ticket on Redbus on 21st March 2020 and the buswas cancelled by them due to some breakdown of vehicle and they had told me the ticket charges will be refunded within 72hours. I had paid ₹ 1286.45 for my bus ticket. I have not received the refund amount till date. Even in the application it says it has initiated but no received into my account. This company has nt provided customer call service they have only provided chat support which is not at all helpful. Was this information helpful? | |||
