[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount has not yet received | |||
I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 01 aug 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm8w22315541 from chennai to valliyur dated 10 aug 2018 that tckt amount was ₹1260). I cancelled it on the 01 aug 2018. My problem is that still i have not received my refund amount ₹1080 in my bank account.in the received cancellation mail, you have mentioned that amount will be refunded within 2-7 working days.
