[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount is not credited | |
Canceled redbus ticket (Chennai to ponnamaravathi) on 31st, mar 2019. After cancelation i have receieved an email and message saying, your refund amount will be credited in 2-7 working days in your bank account. But, today the date is apr 12, 2019. Almost 13 days completed. Still i have not receieved my refund amount. Even i have checked the refund amount status in the following link "https://www.redbus.in/Cancellation", using my ticket number and email. There the status has been updated as "bank has processed refund", but still i have not receieved my refund amount. Please take action on the same. Was this information helpful? | |
