Redbus — Refund Amount issue

I had booked bus ticket from belgaum to bangalore SS Travels sleepar coach (seat No L7) but when i hapened board the bus i came to know that it was booked on ohter passenger name. so the travel comapny asked me to contact redbus for the compensation say that its redbus fault. pls do the need ful PNR no: TS-RB10466670TKN/18053
