[Resolved] Redbus — Refund amount not credited | |||||
Hi, I booked bus ticket from bangalore to madurai 15th feb 2017, Ticket no isTK3H26375655. The bus operator cancelled the service and redbus confirmed the amount refund initiate shortly. I received mail from redbus on 19th feb asking about my bank account details for refund.I have given my bank details and received mail from redbus it will take 5 to 7 working days to refund money to bank account. Its been more 15 days i have not received amount and there is no proper response from redbus customer care service. I will never ever gonna to book bus ticket from redbus.
