[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund amount not received

Hi This is Karthik, I have booked two ticket on redbus from chennai to karur to travel on sepetember 30 and have canceled the ticket on September 29, The problem is yet i didnt get the refund,

I got a message that ticket has been canceled, I have contacted you for the same, But there is no response, . Kindly let me know why i didnt get the refund and when you will process,

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have booked Bangalore to Madurai on 23 Sep 2016 on SRS travels vide Ticket no: TJAN87864277 &
PNR no: TS-RB34014259YLO/14735862/

However, the bus was cancelled on that day. Till now, I have not yet received the refund of that particular ticket. Hence, the refund is to be done at the earliest.

I have booked the ticket from Madurai To chennai for 13/09/2016, 1.30pm Parveen travels,

but subsequently cancelled and travelled on 12/09/2016 by same bus.

Now i have not recd the refund
