[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount not received | |
Sir, I had booked a ticket from vijayawada to bangalore and return, on 29 th march 2019 and 31st march 2019. I had cancelled my tickets. I got a a message saying that my amount will be returned in 10 working days : — vide proposal no [protected] for an amount of rs 2382.60 and proposal no [protected] for an amount of rs 2743.60 So far no amount is credited. On checking we see that refund for both the tickets have been successfully credited back to source account on 30th March 2019.
