Redbus — Refund amount not returned for cancelled ticket

Hi, Date of journey was on 22nd Oct, 2014 and cancelled my ticket on 20th Oct., 2014 but till date 19th Nov, 2014 the amount was not refunded in spite of calling the customer service and following up for more than 10 times.Customer executive was arrogant and what we ask for the status would only reply me back to wait for 24 hrs or if not so they say they are helpless.This is not only with me for couple of other colleagues of mine are also facing the problem from past one month.
