I Have booked 2 ticket from delhi to manali for 25 jan but due to some error/mistake i got tickets for today which is useless for me coz due to the illness of my brother and i already told them that my brother is admitted to hospital please refund my amount after deduct cancellation charges they said that we are helpless and you must have to travel today because bus operator does not allow us to refund. then i called to bus operator (Contact detailed already on messaged to me) then operator said if, you have problem to travel today you can cancel the ticket. we are agree but sir i am not getting any response from REDBUS.IN. I already make lots of request to their executives they neglect to hear me. Every one know that this is very unbearable to pay Rs. 2300 for free. We understand your concern, however the cancellation charges are provided by the bus operator and it varies from one operator to other. Once if the cancellation policy is expired.
