[Resolved] Redbus — Refund | |||||
On 21 June 2017, the bus from Banglore to Hyderabad was cancelled. So i dropped a mail to redbus regarding the issue for refund. There was no response. Later i called on 23 June 2017 for the refund. They asked me to wait for 24 hours. I waited and called again on 24 June 2017. They again asked me to wait for 24 hours. There was no update. After 8 days, on 2 July 2017, i again called the customer care. Now, they are asking me to wait for 7 working days. And this is not at all fair. The customer service guys are very rude too.
