Hi..i had booked ticket from bangalore to mangalore on 2/5/18 and done payment via tez app...first time ticket was not generated and it showed failed transaction but amount of Rs.1628 got debited from my account...So i booked again...I had addressed this issue to the redbus customer care and they said they would refund the amount which was initiated on 4/5/18... But i just realized i have not yet recieved the refund and it has been more than 20 days now...so i request you to help me to get my refund back as soon as possible...
