[Resolved]  Redbus — refund

I have booked a ticket in red bus on 06.08.2018 from chennai to madurai in KPN .Journey date is 07.08.2018 . Due to Dr. Karunanithi's dead, the bus has been cancelled and they called and told that the buses are cancelled. After that we got a mail from red bus that we solved your query. But still we didn't get the money back . The ticket no is. TM[protected]
