[Resolved] Redbus — refund | |||
Dear sir/madam, I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 22 sep 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tmak84975408 from bangalore to kundapur for dated 18 oct 2018 that tckt amount was 2205/- rs. Service:8d (Durgamba motors) seat no:26, 28, 27 on bus time :9:15 pm, booarding point: r t nagar. And cancelled it on 15 oct, refund amount: 1995.0, cancelled amount: 210.0, cancellation percentage:10.0 and cancelation date. But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 7 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail). Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible. Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.
