Hi Redbus team, This is regarding a bus booking I have done in 16/08/2018. My name is Gibin George Phone number registered: [protected] The bus operator cancelled the trip and Redbus promised a refund. I have called the customer care more than 5 times in this regard. The only reply was the amount will be refunded in 24 hours each time. And I raised ticket for this issue multiple times in the helpdesk as well. No resolution till now. Please find the details below. Verified Support Jan 22, 2019 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Gibin George, Greetings from redBus! We are sorry that your bus was canceled by the operator. We apologize for the delay caused in the refund. We have initiated the refund of your ticket Rs 869 is initiated today to the original payment source used for this transaction. You will receive it within 7 bank working days. The wallet amount Rs 94.9 is reversed to your wallet and this will be reflected within 24 hours. Hope this helps.
