[Resolved]  Redbus — refund

I have booked a ticket from kanpur to delhi but the bus got cancelled by operator. I have got my insurance amount but i did not get my refund amount of bus i had booked. Its been 8 days since my refund was processed by redbus (On 4 oct).

I have complained to customer executive of redbus and got a reply —
