[Resolved] Redbus — Refund | |||
Hi, on March 23rd i booked bus from chennai to tirupur(before lockdown day). on 23rd Evening i got message that my bus got cancelled due to lockdown. i didnt receive refund amount. i contacted redbus customer care reg refund they responded like my bus ran on that day. bus operator also asking me to come from redbus customer care. Not sure who is telling lie. this is really worst. Was this information helpful? | |||
