I have booked a ticket from manipal to hyderabad for 21st october, however i have cancelled that ticket for some reason and my refund for that cancellation is still due.
Its been almost 25 days since i have cancelled my ticket. I have been reaching out to red bus customer support on daily basis and every customer support person says one thing in common “ to please wait for another 24 or 72 hours”
