[Resolved] Redbus — refund denied | |||||
My trip from Chennai to Bangalore on 22nd April was cancelled by the bus operator - SLH Tours and Travels, after making me wait for more than 2 hours at my boarding point - Koyembedu. I was left stranded at the middle of the night (1pm) in an unknown place. There were not alternate araangement made either by the travels or Redbus. I had to shell out 3 time my ticket fare to get another bus ticket for my journey. Now Redbus is refusing to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
