[Resolved]  Redbus — refund for cancel tickets

I booked a ticket from Koyambedu to Udankudi in Redbus mobile application fir 7th June 2019.For some reasons I cancelled my ticket on 5th June 2019. In Redbus Account, the refund amount will credit 6-7 days. But still the amount was not credited in my bank account. So please take step to clarify my complaint.
