[Resolved] Redbus — Refund for the money deducted twice for the same ticket | |
Hi, I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus they asked me to raise the query again and again and told me to contact the bank for the complaint. They said red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement. So i need the refund now. Please do the needful.
