Redbus — refund has not been done since more than 3 months. worst service ever. | |||||
I cancelled my journey ticket in 20th October, which charged around ₹3141.60. Till date I have not received any kind of refund. I am literally trying to contact your customer care number but it's not picking up, the automated voice always says please call from you registered mobile number which I am doing. Further the issue in help menu is again and again showing the issue is resolved, which is NOT resolved. This is the worst customer service anyone can have. I am planning to file a Lawsuit Against Red Bus in IT Act 2000 and IT Amendment Act 2008. There's no status of the Refund till yet. I need a response Was this information helpful? | |||||

the same .i have not received any bus ticket from them.
they informed me that they will return my money within 10 day
but till now they have not returned my payment
