Iam k. naga nanda varma my contact number is [protected] and my ticket number is TMC[protected]. Date of journey was on before last week friday i cancelled the ticket on next day. till now i didn't get refund amount. very poor service is providing...worst service they don't know the satisfaction of customer.. they are playing with customers. till now i didn't get my refund money..

Updated by varma nani my dear consumercomplaints. really working gud for us.great job.. great application.. i just wanna suggest you that..SEE for 9th of november i have booked ticket. i cancelled on that. they simply said u will get refund money by 2 to 3 working days. now the date is 21/11/2018. till now problem not yet resolved.. poor customer service by RED BUS..poor quality.. bad experience to me.worst service..
