[Resolved]  Redbus — refund issue

I was book my ticket few days ago
But its not booked and my amount also debited from my account till now i didn't get my refund back i need my refund immediately
And its more than four days
We are trying to contact you
No more response for that
I'm really fed up about your help desk
So i need my refund immediately
Amount 840
I have an transaction i'd and debited details and all so kindly sent my refund money as soon as possible.
