I had a journey on 2nd october 2017 from kundapura to bangalore in sri durgamba travels. But due to bus issues people were not agree to travel in that bus. Bus went back to depot. Then on 3rd october i contacted sri durgamba travels for my refund. They told to contact redbus. I contacted red bus through call and they are telling me to wait 24 hrs. Each and every time when i call them they are telling like this only. Today is 10th october. I contacted again bus operator and they are telling that they told them (Redbus) to refund my amount. But the problem is in redbus. So please kindly check my complaint.
