[Resolved] Redbus — refund money | |
Canceled redbus ticket (Bangalore to namakkal) on 12th, april 2019. After cancelation i have receieved an email and message saying, your refund amount will be credited in 2-7 working days in your bank account. But, today the date is apr 19 2019. Almost 7days completed. Still i have not receieved my refund amount. Even i have checked the refund amount status in the following link "https://www.redbus.in/Cancellation", using my ticket number and email. There the status has been updated as "bank has processed refund", but still i have not receieved my refund amount. Please take action on the same Was this information helpful? | |
