[Resolved] Redbus — refund money from wallet to bank account | |||
I want my last 2 cancellation amount to be transferred to my bank account. The only reason to cancel all my ticket is last moment my journey from mangalore to pune cancelled by bus operator canara pinto. So cancelled my journey on 8th august and 12 august as no one travelled to pune on 3 rd august. The cancellation amount is refunded to my red bus wallet. But i want this amount around 4000 rs to my bank account as i am not going to do any booking from redbus wallet in future as i have horrible experience with my last journey. I called redbus customer to help in refunding money back to my account but they are refusing to do it. I want my money back to my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
