Hi I ve cancelled my ticket booked via redbus from chennai to tanjore on oct 23 and have received a mail from redbus team quoting that my ticket have been cancelled and the refund amount of rs.556 has been processed. But till now (Nov-8), the refund amount has not been credited. Please kindly look upon it...
