Hi I ve cancelled my ticket booked via redbus from chennai to tanjore on oct 23 and have received a mail from redbus team quoting that my ticket have been cancelled and the refund amount of rs.556 has been processed. But till now (Nov-8), the refund amount has not been credited. Please kindly look upon it... Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Suganya, Greetings from redBus !! Ticket id: TMBJ55511874 On checking we see that refund of Rs 557 has been successfully credited back to source account on 23rd October 2018.
