[Resolved] Redbus — refund my money | |||
I book travels tickit online nasik to yavtmal but tickit was not book and my money was deducted by red bus then message comes that money was refunded in 4 to 5 days but now 15 days complete money was not yet refunded. Please help me. My money was deducted from phone pay wallets, according to service provider money have to refund in 4 days so please solve my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

We did check the transaction details against the ref ID: S1912212103343936839168 and we could see that the amount was received at our payment gateway and stuck due to some technical glitches. We have processed the refund of the same and shall be reflecting in your original mode of payment within next 7 bank working days as per the standard banking procedures. I have booked tickets from Madurai to Chennai on 1-1-2020. Unfortunately bus operator cancelled that trip (I verified the operator cancellation email) but still red bus have not refund my money.
