[Resolved]  Redbus — refund my ticket amount

I had a ticket to bangalore. The bus left me and went off. They provided false number. I tried calling but there was no response. Later the concerned bus driver called me and said that they passed from the pickup point and then he said me to arrive at the next stop and then when i reached he had gone from there too. He was being rude. I called to the office but they didn't respond. I had an urgent work and this is so bad. I even requested him to wait but he refused to.
