Redbus — Refund not came order reference no.[protected]

Dear sir,
On 18-january-2007 one sear revered from hyderabad to thirupathi through redbus app. But ticket not booked and amount rs.500/- deducted from my bank account. Message came it would be refund 2-3 working days but my money not refund till now. Please refund as early. Already complaint preveiosly. This is once again request my complaint. Red bus order reference no.[protected].
