[Resolved] Redbus — refund not credited | |
Red bus is worst. They have not refunded my 1600/- for bus cancellation. It's more than a month now. Customer care people just making me fool by telling some excuse. I want my money back. I will never do booking hereafter from redbus. I called customer care 4-5 times. They initiated transfer after 1 mnth wen i called dem to ask about refund. Den i have been told to contact bank. I have booked ticket on Sep 11, 2019 from Kumbakonam to Chennai and i cancelled the ticket on same date Sep 11, 2019. However, i have received the refund request mail from Redbus but the refund is not yet credited in my bank.
Please respond me as soon as possible.
