[Resolved] Redbus — refund not get | |
I have tried booking a ticket from bangalore to trivandrum on 20.04.2019. Payment was done.. But due to their technical issues the transaction couldn't complete. So i tried booking again. The second time it got success. First time they have taken rs 4830 from account.. And based on my request they told that this may be refunded back within 7 days. Its been more than 10 days. I haven't got the money. Even customer care is also not replying me on this. Please help Was this information helpful? | |
