[Resolved] Redbus — refund not given against bus cancelled by the operator | |||
On 10.04.2018 bus operators prtc patiala cancelled the bus due to bharat bandh. Redbus who making booking for this bus and ticket book by me by my reg mob [protected] on 09.04.18 not given refund till date against cancelled bus despite lot of talking on customer helpline number. Every time they said matter resolved in next 24 hours but no result coming yet. Red bus not looking serious to resolve the issue. The amount of ticket received by redbus in his account and not given attention. Was this information helpful? | |||
