[Resolved] Redbus — refund not initiated | |
I booked two ticket from tiruchirapalli to bangalore dated 20th jan, 2019. I cancelled both the tickets. The refund amount is 1620 which is yet not credited to my account. Red bus has told they has initiated the transaction and i should contact my bank. When i talked sbi regarding this, they said they are not at all responsible for this, it's from redbus side, when redbus will credit amount it will directly come to your account. My ticket no. Is tp2n55134361. It's more than 10 days and your refund policy state that your money will be refunded within 7 working days
