I prashnt nischal, i hav booked two online tickets via redbus app on 15th july, 2016 Date of journey: 16th july, 2016 From kolkata (west bengal) to bokaro steel city (jharkhand) Bus: shyamoli travels Ticket no: tj8d94236787 Pnr no: 2jzg3xz Departure time of bus was 3:20 pm and i reached there at 3:25 pm but before that i have contacted the bus conductor to wait for 5 minutes as the metro suddenly got delayed and the service was stoped. Before i reached there the bus was departed, i tried to contact the conductor but there was no response from him. so i contacted the customer support of redbus to refund the collected amount of rs.1200, they said they cant do anything about it as this is not their fault. I want atleast few percentage of my money to be refunded by them as i didn't traveled and it was unintentional delay by my side.
