[Resolved] Redbus — refund not processed | |||
I had booked bus ticket on redbus on mon, may 14, 2018 at 8:27 pm (2 seats) from mumbai to panjim naik travel akb (Seat no. 8 & 9). The amount of rs. 2952/- was paid with credit card. The ticked was successfully cancelled on the same day mon, may 14, 2018 at 9:12 pm. I have then received a cancellation confirmation email from [protected]@redbus.in regarding the process of refund of rs. 2630/- (Screenshot attached) I have marked ccd consumer complaint for the wrong doing and unethical behavior from redbus of not refunding the money as promised.
